Edmonton, AB – Northlands and its charitable organization partners are pleased to announce the winners of its annual Capital EX Lotteries prizes, as drawn for at the Northlands Spectrum on Saturday, July 26, 2008. The Capital EX Lotteries Program is an important part of Capital EX and the community, this year offering more than $1.85 million in prizes, the biggest prize offering to date.
