We pride ourselves in exceeding your expectations and can serve from 10 to 4000 guests at one time.

Our European-trained Executive Chef, Adel Chmait, and his professional catering staff can prepare everything from informal breakfast meetings, or haute cuisine, perfect for the splashiest of affairs. Adel started his training in Morocco and then moved to Paris to further his studies and receive his papers. He has won medals in national cooking competitions and spent most of his career with five-star hotels before coming to Northlands.

Northlands has hosted weddings, graduations, fund-raising galas, conference banquets, Christmas parties and barbecues in our own Bonanza Park. Our experienced event consultants work closely with you to get the perfect decor, lighting, and staging.
