Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 5:00 pm
Saturdays: 9:30 am to 1:30 pm 
Sunday and Major Holidays: Closed

Will Call Box Office Location

Located on the North West side of the building. When facing Rexall Place, the Will Call window is to the right of the Wayne Gretzky statue.
Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets.
Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.

Accessible Seating

Rexall Place is wheelchair accessible with a separate dedicated entrance located on the north side.There are 24 wheelchair seats and 24 attendant seats available. Wheelchair seats are located in row 19 behind sections: 108, 112, 126 and 130. The attendant seats are located in front of the wheelchair seats. Rexall Place can accomodate only one attendant per wheelchair patron. If an attendant is not required then a single wheelchair seat can be purchased.

Children under the age of 2 are admitted into the building for free (if they sit on someone's lap). Children ages 2 and above require a ticket. This policy is strictly enforced unless otherwise specified by the show.
