Monday to Friday: 9:30 am to 5:00 pm
Saturdays: 9:30 am to 1:30 pm 
Sunday and Major Holidays: Closed

Will Call Box Office Location

Located on the North West side of the building. When facing Rexall Place, the Will Call window is to the right of the Wayne Gretzky statue.
Note: Please arrive at box office early if picking up tickets.
Customers must present the actual credit card used to place the order and photo ID.

Accessible Seating

All Rexall Place public entrances are wheelchair accessible. Wheelchair/Barrier Free seats are located in row 19 behind sections: 108 & 112 and 126 & 130 (pending stage set up these locations may not be available). Rexall Place can accomodate only one attendant per wheelchair patron. If an attendant is not required then a single wheelchair seat can be purchased.

Children under the age of 2 are admitted into the building for free (if they sit on someone's lap). Children ages 2 and above require a ticket. This policy is strictly enforced unless otherwise specified by the show.
