Rexall Place Building Policies
The following guidelines have been put in place to ensure the enjoyment of all patrons attending the events at Rexall Place. If you have any questions or concerns, please proceed to our Guest Services locations.
- This is a non smoking facility; any guests that wish to smoke will need to proceed out the designated doors at the south or north entrances. All guests must be 5 meters from any doorway, window or air intake.
- For all events, random security checks/pat downs will be conducted. Some events may be subject to a full pat-down. Items deemed to be a risk to staff and/or guest’s safety by event security will not be permitted into the building.
- All bags are subject to search upon entry into the building. If bags are too large to comfortably fit under the seat, they must be checked into guest services or returned to your vehicle.
- Guests are not permitted to bring certain items into Rexall Place. These items include (but are not limited to); bottles, cans, weapons, firearms, coolers, containers, air horns, fireworks, chains, spiked or studded jewelry, or anything security deems as a safety or security concern.
- Any patron found with weapons, drugs or alcohol will be turned over to the Edmonton Police Service for eviction and possible charges.
- Outside food/beverge will not be permitted into the building.
- Food/beverage purchased inside the building will not be permitted back into the building once it has been taken outside of the facility.
- Alcohol is not permitted to leave the building and/or be left unattended. All unattended beverages will be discarded.
- Guests are only permitted to have two drinks in their possession at anytime and we reserve the right to refuse service.
- Video cameras, audio recording devices, and cameras with lenses exceeding 3 inches are not permitted for most events. For some events, cameras of any type or flash photography may be prohibited.
- All patrons must have their tickets scanned out when leaving the building or they will not be permitted to re-enter.
- Strollers, car seats, crutches, & walkers must be checked into guest services.
- Signs and banners are permitted however they must be in good taste and positive in message, must not obstruct permanent signage or guests view, and can not be attached to any surfaces. Poles/sticks exceeding 23 inches are not permitted.
